• Payment Terms: Prepaid
• A wire transfer fee of $40 USD will be added to all orders.
• Pricing and deliveries are subject to changes by the manufacturer or supplier.
• Lead time commences upon receipt of funds, considering only business days.
• All quotes are subject to prior sale. Reasonable offers will be taken into consideration.
• The minimum quantity will be subject to OEM requirements.
• The minimum purchase order is $500.00 USD.
• Orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee and a 25% restocking fee.
• Cancellation or return of an order must be requested in writing and authorized by Aviodirect.
• All parts are subject to prior sale and Aviodirect’s standard terms and conditions.
• The supply of these goods is subject to the export laws of the EU, United Kingdom, and the United States. Not complying with these regulations is prohibited.
• We attach our inventory file for your review, which includes Parts, Consumables, and APUs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REPAIR QUOTES

Please note that these prices are based on historical averages and are conditional on the possible use of PMA’s, DER’s, and the condition of the unit (CID, missing or damaged parts over and above).

• If you cannot accept PMA’s or DER’s, please notify our team as the use of only OEM parts can significantly increase the prices provided.
• Aviodirect will not work on units that are in a disassembled state or loosely assembled.
• Units that are truly “as removed” and fully assembled will be evaluated by the shop.

WARRANTY TERMS

• Inspected/Tested: No Warranty
• Repaired: 6 Months from the date of 8130-3
• Overhauled: 12 Months from the date of 8130-3
